This is a Laugh Out Loud, physical, fantastically funny comedy.
It is also, at its heart, a play about a woman who finds love (almost against her will) and through that love, finds herself. As Kate falls in love with Petruchio, she discovers the strength to love herself, free of social stigma and expectations. Intrepid is thrilled to explore this time-honored script through a contemporary lens and show romantic love as not the exclusive province of youth.
